Can I customise or personalise my order?

Yes you can customise and personalise most of the items in our shop. There is often an extra charge for this so please see individual listings for details. Please include your personalised details in the 'Notes to Seller' section at checkout. If you want something completely bespoke created for you then just pop us a message and we will do our best to design something for you.

Sizing details

The size of each item will be clearly stated in the description box on each of our listings. If you have any questions or need to request a specific custom size then simply drop us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will let you know if it's not possible and where possible we will offer advise on an alternative option.

How will you ship my order?

We send all cards and small individual print items via Royal Mail second class post unless otherwise stated or agreed. We ship EU and Non-EU via Royal Mail international post which is the standard postal option.
UK second class post takes 1-3 working days for delivery.
EU post takes 3-5 working days for delivery
Non EU and US Post takes 5-7 days for delivery
Other destinations can take 7-10 days plus

How will you ship my invitation order of multiple pieces

All full wedding or event stationery and invitation orders are shipped via domestic or international courier and are usually on a 3-7 day service. A quotation for delivery will be included in your custom order as well as expected transit times and a tracking number. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for damage or delays caused during transit but we will always do our best to help you resolve any issues.

How long will it take you to produce my order.

Order processing details are included on each individual listing and usually take 1-3 working days for smaller personalised print orders and 3-5 working days for larger or more detailed customised orders that may require a proof or assembly. All full invitation and stationery orders take between 4-6 weeks from final proof approval unless otherwise agreed.
If you need something quickly then we are great at pulling out all the stops to try to get your order out to you sooner so just let us know if you need a rush order. And don't worry, we don't charge extra to prioritise your order but we cannot guarantee that it will be processed faster until our schedule has been checked and we have agreed this with you in writing.
